| Malaysia has the potential to become the main
traditional medicine supplier due to the various plants that we
have in our country which are capable of treating most diseases.
The international market is waiting for us. Before, we weren't sure if traditional remedies
really worked, but now we do because they have been corroborated
by modern science. Today, these natural herbs have been scientifically
researched and authenticated as beneficial to health. Many cultures in Malaysia and Asia have such valuable
medicinal herbs embedded in their dietary culture, such as ulam. This is first time in the world that major issues
of women's health and Asian traditional medicine are being addressed
under one roof. “Malaysia has three great healing traditions
- namely Malay, Chinese and Indian, the truly Asian traditional
medicine”. WHAT Medicine is tremendous initiative that is
branding Malaysia internationally especially in terms of science. |
